Simple mechanism

Low price A simple, easy-to-operate packer has been completed by reviewing the conventional machine from the ground up. By utilizing our past know-how and consolidating functions while ensuring stability, we were able to achieve a low cost of ownership.
Amazingly compact size The overall length of the machine has been shortened by devising the film feeding direction.
In particular, the rear section has been shortened by 735 mm compared to our conventional machines to provide more space for changing wrapping materials.
Sufficient production capacity The newly developed weighing indicator realizes a packaging capacity of 10 bags/minute (at 5 kg) with only one weighing machine.
Outstanding energy-saving performance As a result of the consolidation of functions and reduction of air cylinders, air consumption has been reduced to 120 NL/minute, a 48% reduction from our equivalent conventional model. Electricity consumption has also been reduced by 37%.
Environmentally friendly packaging The sealing position can be selected from 8 mm or 18 mm from the bag edge by changing the sealing unit. 8 mm selection allows the bag length to be shortened, thus saving resources.
