The Nilfisk 3VT Series Conveyor

The Nilfisk 3VT series conveyor is one of the most successful automated processors on the market and boasts an upgraded feature set in its latest model. It offers excellent performance in filtration, greater cleaning efficiency, wider discharge, and a wide range of accessories, ensuring the best performance possible. Additionally, the 3-Series conveyors are food contact certified, suitable for combustible dust processing, and compliant with the Machine Directive CE, with an optional ATEX Z1/21 rating.

Performance

This conveyor can process up to 1500 kg/h*, and its dense phase conveyance ensures the non-segregation of the mixture, eliminating the chance of the concentration percentage of the different components of the mixture changing during conveyance. It also offers an excellent level of filtration for fine powders up to 0.2 µm, ensuring the safety of the operators and hygiene in the working environment.

Design

The GMP design is built with top-level materials, such as AISI316L stainless steel, silicone, polyurethane, EPDM, PTFE, and Sustarin®, providing the best level of hygiene and cleanability. It is also compact in size and light-weight, allowing for installation even in limited spaces. Furthermore, it features fast and easy disassembly without any tools, and a wider range of accessories for simple, flexible machine set-up.
