Features
- High magnetic force approximately 0.8 tesla or higher is achieved on the surface of the drum shell.
- The continuous magnetic pole arrangement in the circumferential direction of the drum shell improves the collection rate from processing material compared to the conventional drum width-directed magnetic pole type.
- The magnetic field has an antimagnetic force of approximately 0.4 tesla between the poles, which ensures that fine iron particles falling down on the drum shell surface are captured and separated.

Our new MRB Series of ring rolling mills have higher rigidity than the (conventional) MRX Series and employ a servo-controlled feedback control system. This results in dramatically improved rolling stability and ring roundness. Because a stronger frame can withstand higher loads, this makes it possible to roll profile rings and taller rings (in terms of height), which had been difficult in the past.
