Semi-Automatic Volumetric Filling Machine
Suitable for filling 2.5 litre, 5 litre, 10 litre or larger containers, the P5000 liquid filling machine is specifically designed to minimise the handling of heavy, awkward containers, whilst maximising production outputs on difficult products.
The P5000 is supplied with a pneumatically operated “Rotary Valve” and “Diving Nozzle”, enabling it to handle the widest range of liquids, from free flowing chemicals such as screen wash and detergents through to viscous paints and adhesives. Larger containers can be filled without removing them from the pallet with the addition of a “Wander Nozzle” and “Multi-Dose Counter”, removing the manual handling of heavy containers.

Semi-Automatic Volumetric Filling Machine
Specifically designed to offer exceptional value for money for non food and non pharmaceutical applications, the PB5000 filling machine comes in two standard versions – a 316 stainless steel version for general use and a glass/PVC version for filling bleaches and acids.
Featuring vertically mounted cylinders on a portable chassis, the PB5000 has a compact footprint and can be maneuvered easily, as required.
In standard form, the PB5000 can fill volumes of between 500ml and 5 litres. By adding a Multi Dose Counter and Wander Nozzle, fill volumes of up to 20 litres can be undertaken conveniently.
