Our new MRB Series of ring rolling mills have higher rigidity than the (conventional) MRX Series and employ a servo-controlled feedback control system. This results in dramatically improved rolling stability and ring roundness. Because a stronger frame can withstand higher loads, this makes it possible to roll profile rings and taller rings (in terms of height), which had been difficult in the past. We promise to build a solid foundation for skilled manufacturing, to realize stable supply, and to deliver high performance in response to various future demands.
