Manual water resistance tester is a testing machine (water resistance tester) that performs water resistance testing of rubber and plastic pultruded fabrics. It corresponds to test method B. The specifications of the manual water resistance tester are as follows.

- The test specimen is mounted so that water pressure is applied to it, and then it is held down by a plate with 45 small holes of 3 mm in diameter.
- After applying the specified water pressure, the test specimen is left for 1 minute to check for leakage or other abnormalities.
