This is a dry, high-speed impact crusher with a built-in classification mechanism.
The basic structure consists of a rotor with grinding blades and classifier, a stator, and a self-circulating circuit for regrinding the coarse powder. The rotor itself has a classification mechanism and does not require a separately powered classifier. This makes the structure simple and easy to maintain.
Features
Fine particles of several microns to several 10 microns can be ground.
Coarse particles are reground by self-circulation, resulting in high milling efficiency.
Classification efficiency is high because the most dispersed particles immediately after grinding are at the classification point.
Since a classifier is not used, disassembly and cleaning are easy.
Application examples
Inert gas purging is possible.
Ceramic rotors can be selected for grinding abrasive or contamination-resistant materials.
