Can be used with multi-role vibrating body, which serves as its base, or switched to other units

To make it possible to separate the optimum condition of the selection, this machine is divided the driving part (vibrating motor) and the sieve box, and prepared the several variations (gravity separate, vibration sieve, or both). So this machine is able to provide the multi-ways selections.

This unit’s body is made of stainless steel and resin, enabling it to be washed down with water. It is attached to the multi–role vibrating body with bolts, and can be removed when performing maintenance.

 

MRV-Gr (multi-role gravity separator) Separates based on specific gravity

Sieve

Separates materials into two grades: those with high filtration settling velocities (terminal velocities) and those with low filtration settling velocities. Air sucked in from the bottom of the unit deposits materials with high filtration settling velocities on the screen, where vibration moves them to the back and ejects them. Materials with slow filtration settling velocities float above the screen and, due to the angle, move forward and are ejected. 

Screen

The screen uses astainless steel cartridge design, making replacement easy.

MRV-Se (multi-role sieve) Sifts materials by size

Sieve

The MRV-Se contains one or two sieve stages and uses vibration to separate materials into two or three grades.

The sieve uses a stainless steel cartridge design, making replacement easy.

In addition to meshes (SUS, nylon, and other materials), we also offer grates for separating flat objects.

Uses 

Sifting materials by particle diameter, removing foreign matter, etc.
