This is a double-shaft, multilayer flow mixer with large paddles that enable high-precision mixing while being gentle on the raw material.
Granulated substances are mixed and dispersed in a short time.
It can be also mixed liquid.
Gentle mixing
Material is little damaged and scarcely crushed. The discharge port is made larger than conventional
products to improve the problem of remaining amount in bags.
Shortened mixing time
Almost all materials (mixtures) are able to be mixed as short as 30 seconds or less.
Electrical power saving
Gentle mixing and shortened mixing time enable the mixing operation at minimum power consumption. Furthermore, product heating can be suppressed to the minimum, too.
High filling rate
Precision mixing is possible even at a charge-in quantity with an 80% filling rate.
Labor-saving in maintenance
The drive unit is changed from the conventional gear system to the speed reducer system, achieving easy maintenance.
