Please leave to us what other companies cannot handle, such as magnets that are too small to be handled or samarium cobalt sintered magnets and neodymium bonded magnets that are difficult to handle.
Based on our many years of experience as a watch manufacturer, we can make small cylindrical magnets of 2 mm dia. or less with high precision.
We also use granulation technology, near-net-shape, and press powder molding, as well as precision processing and finishing to produce magnet parts with micron dimensional accuracy that cannot be handled by commercial products.
We also use magnetic field forming equipment to produce anisotropic sintered magnet products.
After forming, sintering is carried out under the best conditions for each material, such as air, vacuum, and inert gas atmosphere, as well as temperature control, to produce products with minimal defects. The products are also resistant to corrosion and heat, and can withstand use in harsh environments.
We promote labor saving and process waste reduction on a daily basis. We are always thinking about improving customer satisfaction.
Our ultra-precision molding technology enables us to produce near-net-shape products (molded in a form close to that of the finished product) and reduce the machining allowance in the post-process, making our products environmentally friendly and enabling us to offer them at lower prices than our competitors.
In addition, by introducing automatic visual inspection equipment, we are able to minimize the outflow of defective products to our customers.

Citizen Group Responsible Minerals Procurement Policy
In order to fulfill our social responsibilities in the supply chain in cooperation with our business partners, the Citizen Group, as a policy, will not use target minerals*1 that may contribute to any risk of human rights abuses such as child labor or forced labor, environmental destruction, conflicts, terrorist financing, money laundering, corruption, or fraudulent financing—in mining, trading, handling, export, and our other business activities.
It does not mean, however, that any and all minerals mined and traded in conflict areas and high-risk areas should not be used, but that we may use minerals mined and traded in these areas if they are not related to human rights violations, environmental destruction, conflicts, corruption, or other wrongdoings. If a potential target risk*2 is confirmed, we will request the relevant business partners to take corrective actions.
