Fixed-quantity feeder that automatically controls the flow rate of material depleted from within the hopper while controlling the weight in real time.
Weighing the weight loss of the powder discharged from the feeder against the overall weight of the hopper and feeder, the feed rate is regulated to keep the weight loss rate constant with respect to the set value.

This features table is especially effective in the following cases:
- Stabilizing the screw feed rate at a constant volume (flow control)
- Stabilizing the concentration of the liquid in the tank and the material to be fed
- Using it as a weighing machine
- Not being able to weigh at the feed destination (feed to an agitation mixing tank or extruder)
The system can be used for a variety of applications, including the following: an AC servomotor is equipped to the screw motor to control a wide range of rotational speeds in detail and improve weighing accuracy. An inverter specification is recommended for use solely for mass control of feed volume.
