Features

Highly fluid, slurry-like hybrid ice can be produced in the kitchen or workshop without taking up much space. The fine-grained ice and chilled water penetrate complex, microscopic spaces such as fish gills and entrails without damaging them, cooling them all at once without compromising the quality of the ingredients. The 25cm-deep ice storage tank has a large capacity of 22 liters, and the opening is at waist height. The design also increases work efficiency. With an option, it is also possible to produce ultra-low temperature hybrid ice at minus 126°C.
