Description

Drive unit (with safety cover removed).
The belt tension can be adjusted in two places: on the motor stand and on the idler on the side of the main unit cover.

Seed feed inlet Front side
The upper cover can be detached. A lever can be operated to discharge the accumulated debris inside.

Seed-friendly round bar arch structure pins are used. The punching plate (grate) at the bottom can be removed for cleaning. The diameter of the holes in the perforations can be changed to order.

Window for air volume adjustment
The air volume can be adjusted by adjusting the window, enabling sorting of seeds of different weights and sizes and at the same time adjusting the discharge of debris.

The perimeter plate can be adjusted to sort seeds of different weights and sizes.

Seed collection box
The structure can be changed from a pull-out type collection box, which is not suitable for farmers processing large quantities of seeds, to a type with a tray at the bottom. *The collection method can be modified according to each farmer’s harvest volume. The photo is only intended for small seed growers.

Caster plate
Casters or adjuster feet can be fitted as an option.

Standard and other sizes of perimeter plates, which can be replaced depending on the type of seed, are also available as options.

Notes.

The mounting holes, etc. for the drive are designed for standard casters. If different wheels are to be fitted, caster plate modifications will be required. 2.
The drive prime mover is manufactured to specifications for 0.75 kw. Conversions to engine powered 0.45Kw specifications are also available. Prices vary for each, so please contact us for more information.
Speed-adjusting inverters for 200 V drive motors are available as an option if requested by the company.
