Loss-In-Weight Type SMB Screw Feeder L Type

This feeder enables speedy feeding and conveying of large-volume powder materials. It has a large-diameter screw feeder for large-volume feeding. Weighing and filling of paper bags, etc. weighing more than 20 kg can be done quickly. The feeder can be selected between timer control with variable speed inverter and mass weighing type with load cell (scale). The feeder diameter can be selected according to material feed rate, hopper size, and with/without bridge breaker.

Replacement of Feeder Size by Raw Material

If different sizes of screw feeders are prepared, only the feeder section can be replaced. The hopper and motor are shared. The appropriate feeder size can be selected according to the characteristics of the material and the amount of material fed, even in cases where the feed volume varies greatly.
