Green Frame is SUS’s most popular product, and with good reason.

The aluminum extrusion is designed to optimize the balance between strength and weight, making it 60% lighter than welded steel and 20% stronger than resin-coated steel piping. Each joint is affixed with a single, dedicated bolt designed to create a right angle and parallel lines every time. Thanks to an alumite treatment which renders GF highly resistant to rust, scratches, and dust, the GF Series is ideal for use in factories, cleanrooms, offices, and more.

Lightweight

Aluminum is naturally one-third the mass of steel, and GF’s hollow shape further reduces the weight. The aluminum connectors and accessories also make the GF structure easy to maneuver, reducing strain on operators and improving ergonomics.

Reduced Carbon Footprint

GF frames and connectors are made from aluminum, which is one of the most recyclable metals in the world. This reduces the electricity used to refine a recycled ingot to only three percent of that needed to refine a new ingot, minimizing the environmental impact of our manufacturing sites.

Lasting Finish

The GF Series has been tested for corrosion resistance and far outlasts steel piping exposed to the same conditions. The hardened alumite surface is also scratch and dust resistant, making it ideal for businesses with a high hygienic standard.

Reusable

GF structures are quick and easy to assemble and disassemble, making them ideal for evolving work environments. The lightweight frames and versatile connectors can be rearranged to new orientations, adjusted to suit different operators, or repurposed into a new creation.

We will realize a sustainable business scheme that is not only environmentally but also economically friendly.
