Green Tea Model and Multi Purpose Model

■You can select Green Tea Specialized Model or Multi purpose Model
■In case of green tea specialized model, Infra Red Camera detects the Foreign Material by chlorophyl content. Back side camera detects transparent foreign material.
■Multi purpose model is equipped with Color Camera in addition to Infra Red Camera and Back side camera.
■Color Camera detects foreign materials by color.
■High Angle Flat Chute can feed any type, shape and weight of Tea smoothly to the Optical Area.
■5mm Ejector Pitch minimizes leaf in the Rejection.

AUTOMATIC SENSITIVITY SET UP

■By Feeding Acceptable product and Defects or Impurity manually, sensitivities are created automatically. Maximum 8 sensitivities can be installed in one program and 99 programs are programmable.
■99 Settings such as Sencha Mode, Matcha Mode, Roast Tea Mode, Black Tea Mode, are programmable.
■12inch Touch Screen indicates Sensitivity, Feeding Speed and Color Area of Material during Operation.

This works very effectively for the foreign material which is difficult to be detected by metal detector or X-Ray checker.
