Reliable temperature and time control
A digital control panel allows temperature and baking time to be set only by key operation, making it possible to bake pizzas for all kinds of needs. Upper and lower heat temperatures can be set individually up to 550°C.
Quality
The inside of the oven is enveloped in a high-temperature range (maximum temperature 550°C) due to heat storage, allowing authentic Neapolitan pizza to be baked.
Space-saving
Compact design allows no worries about installation space.
Improved presentation effect
The PKN-545ME, with a chimney attached to the ceiling of the decorative cover, has a design that further evokes the image of a stone kiln.
Safety and Security
The decorative cover prevents the main unit from getting hot, thus contributing to the creation of a comfortable kitchen environment as well as preventing burns. The built-in over-temperature protection device automatically stops energizing the heaters if the internal temperature rises abnormally.
