Continuous rice steamer – NAGATA BREWING MACHINERY CO.LTD.


This is a continuous steaming machine that automatically adjusts the steaming time, temperature of supplied steam, and amount of steam according to the type of rice, such as the growing region, variety, milling ratio, and use category, to obtain light, elastic steamed rice with a hard outer layer and soft inner layer.

Features
(1) Steaming operation is fully automatic and unmanned by computer.
(2) The hardness and softness of steamed rice can be adjusted freely to obtain uniform steamed rice.
(3) The control panel is equipped with a liquid crystal panel for easy one-touch operation to change the rice type.
(4) An automatic washing device makes it easy to clean the machine after operation.
