The high-heat “Rigohi IH” cooks the rice from the bottom and sides of the pot, enveloping the entire pot with a rigid flame to cook the rice fluffy to the core.
Steaming at a high temperature of approximately 110-115°C promotes the alpha-formation of the rice and brings out the sweetness (umami) of the rice.

5-layer far-infrared extra-thick kettle” for direct transmission of the intense heat.

The 5-layer far-infrared extra-thick pot with a pot thickness of approximately 2.5 mm brings out the natural sweetness (umami) of the rice and directly transfers the intense heat to cook fluffy rice with little unevenness.
