“Example of use”
1. cabbage slices
Cut cabbage in half.
Remove the cabbage core in advance.
Turn on the machine with the cross section face down, and the machine will do the rest.
The thickness can be adjusted steplessly. (0.3 to 5.0 mm) 2.

Cutting tomatoes
Tomatoes can also be cut using the optional onion attachment.

How to grind

1. Remove the drum and grinding wheel cover.

2. Set the supplied grinder into the machine (the blade is set between the two grinding wheels).

If cabbage chips or other debris are stuck in the mounting holes of the main unit, the grinding wheel will not be set in the correct position. Please make sure that there are no cabbage shavings in advance.

3.Turn on the machine, and the round blade will rotate.

4.Operate the lever of the grinder to apply the grinding wheel to the round blade.

Grind mainly the lower side of the blade. A few seconds of contact with the grinding stone is sufficient.
The upper side of the blade should be ground for about 1 second to remove “burrs”.

If you grind the upper side too much, you will end up with a double-edged edge, and the knife will not be able to cut.
After grinding is finished, be sure to clean the machine before use. (Iron powder is produced).
