Description
Our line of semi-automatic bread slicers are operated with an ergonomic side handle carefully positioned so that it does not cause any operator fatigue. Each machine is available with options such as Teflon coated blades, a blade oiling system, and a bag blower to ensure perfect performance across a wide variety of products to be sliced. We offer the semi-automatic slicers in tabletop or standalone configuration depending on the client’s needs.
Our line of automatic bread slicers is an expansion of our successful semi-automatic line by offering a fully automatic cutting cycle and adjustable speed/pressure of the product feeding. Each machine is also available with options such as Teflon coated blades, a blade oiling system, and a bag blower to ensure perfect performance across a wide variety of products to be sliced. As with the semi-automatic models, the automatic versions are also available in tabletop or standalone configuration depending on the client’s needs.

After dividing the dough after the mixing process, it is usually necessary to rest the products to ensure optimal moulding or rounding. The most common method is to simply allow the dough to rest on a worktop or on pans until the dough is properly extensible. The issue here is that this method takes quite a bit of space, and you cannot use the tables, pans, or racks for other tasks until the resting process is completed. Also, changes in the ambient environment can speed up or delay the resting process and
