The box dryer is an ideal dryer for a wide range of applications, as it offers a freely selectable airflow method.
Formed materials or materials loaded into a container (tray) are inserted into a fixed shelf or trolley shelf in the drying chamber, where they are dried by hot air.
Various airflow methods are available, including horizontal airflow (lateral one-way airflow or alternating airflow) and through flow (vertical one-way airflow or alternating airflow).
The number of drying chambers can be selected, with single chamber types and multi chamber types (with reheating heater installed) available, thus enabling large volume processing.
The following models are available, which differ in the way hot air is applied to the materials.

The rotary dryer with agitator is ideal for drying viscous and adhesive materials such as sewage sludge, human waste sludge, and active sludge. This dryer has a relatively straightforward structure and a high drying capacity.
The rotary dryer with agitator is equipped with an agitation mechanism consisting of an agitation shaft and agitation rod inside the rotary cylinder (shell). The scooped-up materials are repeatedly crushed and dispersed by the agitation mechanism to enhance the contact with the hot air and make the drying process more efficient.

Produces high-quality carbonized matter for enriching agricultural soil
The external heat-type carbonizer is the most effective machine for carbonizing organic waste. The resulting high-quality carbonized matter is useful for applications such as enriching agricultural soil.
The carbonizer structure is straightforward. Hot air of 500 to 800℃ is fed into the casing to transfer external heat to the main unit of the kiln.
The raw materials in the carbonizer are carbonized by the indirectly-obtained heat and then discharged from the outlet as carbonized matter.

Conduction heat transfer type dryer
The wedge-style dryer is a conduction heat-transfer type of dryer. A heating medium, such as steam, hot water, or oil, passes inside wedge-shaped rotary blades and also through the jacket of the dryer’s main unit.
The wedge-style dryer efficiently dries the processed materials up to the specified moisture level via heat transfer from the rotary blades and jacket. The moisture evaporated from the processed materials is discharged together with the carrier gas.
This conduction method produces minimal exhaust gas, which enables a smaller exhaust gas processor to be used, resulting in great advantages such as a smaller installation area and lower running costs.
