The BM conveyor is a conveyor that utilizes a completely balanced binder system.
The center points of the two upper and lower troughs, connected by springs, are supported on a fixed frame, and the upper and lower troughs are vibrated by the rotary motion of the motor and the resonant motion of the springs.

Vibration-Isolated Structure

This product features a perfectly vibration-isolated structure and a fully balanced design that prevents vibration from being transmitted to the mounting base, allowing for installation on a high base. If the foundation is solid, such as concrete, it can be mounted without the anti-vibration spring, thus reducing the overall height.

Outlets with Dampers

Several outlets with dampers are provided in the middle of the trough, allowing material to be discharged from any outlet. The dampers can be opened and closed automatically or manually.

Variable Speed Device

Equipped with a variable speed device, the flow rate can be adjusted during transport.

Cylindrical Trough

A cylindrical trough can be used for airtight, long-distance transport. For long-distance transport, the troughs should be connected and assembled every 5 to 8 m.

Special Product

As a special product, materials can flow into the lower trough as well, making it possible to lower the entrance/exit and increase capacity by using both the upper and lower troughs.
