Capable of transferring large quantities of material over long distances without applying external force to the material. The bottom of the belt is V-shaped to prevent material spillage during conveyance, and the belt with cleats can handle inclined conveyance.

Ideal for processing of horizontal conveying with small to large capacity. Its simple structure and low cost make it an attractive option. Various belt shapes, such as side skirt type, V type, pipe type, and with cleats, can be selected according to the material to be conveyed.

Belt Conveyor

A belt conveyor is a type of conveyor system used to transport materials from one place to another. It consists of a looped belt on which materials are placed and conveyed. We can select belts made of various materials such as rubber, steel, and mesh, special-shaped belts such as those with cleats, and various types of V-shaped and pipe-shaped conveyors using carrier rollers. We can design and manufacture according to the physical properties of the material and the conveying distance.

Options:
A lifting type regulating plate is provided to allow intermediate discharge of material at any location. Gas atmosphere displacement is possible by making the casing and the feeding and discharging lines airtight. The displacement gas is purged with a slight positive pressure. The lines before and after the conveyor are connected with the same atmosphere and pressure.
