Specifications

This model is the DMH (Center drive standard) with a nominal width of 30mm. The actual belt width is 297mm, the frame width is 345mm, and the machine length is between 55cm and 1,200cm. The standard belt is a resin flat belt (1 ply) with an end pulley diameter of φ27.2. The drive unit type is D: with bottom, and the direction of the drive unit is R: right side in conveying direction. The speed symbols, controller mounting direction, and motor output can be found in the “Speed Symbols/Conveyor Speed Table” and “Guideline of Conveyance Capacity”. The input power supply is 100V single-phase, 200V single-phase, or 200V three-phase. The conveying capacity is up to 50kg/unit.

High-speed Specification

When the machine length exceeds 400cm, the belt width is 7mm narrower than the actual belt width. The machine length for the high-speed specification is limited to 400cm. The drive unit type for the high-speed specification is D: with bottom only. The motor output of the high-speed specification is 90W. F and G stand for Mitsubishi and Toshiba, respectively.
