The machine can bring the remaining amount in bags infinitely close to zero in 25-kg to 30-kg bags containing flour, rice, and other granulated
substances, which has been assumed to be impossible to solve in the problems of remaining
amount in bags to date. Configuring a system with a robotic depalletizer, automatic bag-opener, and empty bag disposing equipment can achieve
a facilities layout getting the most out of the planar direction and the height direction.
Cutter unit
Cutting only the underside of the bag can reduce risks of mixing paper or other foreign matters.
Vibrating plate
The contents are completely discharged by the specially designed vibrating plate.
High processing capacity
Type-Bo3 can process 400 bags per hour and type-BoS can process 200 bags per hour.
Maintenance-free
The absence of cylinders and other forced functions can reduce risks of trouble. A combined use of a dust collector achieves the working environment free of dust discharged to the outside of facilities.
Complete discharge
The specially designed vibrating plate can bring granulated substances remaining in bags infinitely close to zero.
Reduced risk of foreign matter contamination
Cutting only the underside of the bag can prevent foreign matters
adhering to bags from mixing in the contents.
Ancillary equipment
Depalletizer which is a robot to suction and move bags, conveyor that adjusts the bag opening timing, sac cleaner that cleans bags, equipment for disposing of empty bags after bags are opened, dust collector that treats dust, and other equipment are ready to be proposed.

For those moments when you need to defrost in a hurry! Introducing our mini-batch defrosting machine that doesn’t take up much space.
The “MIP4” is a defrosting machine capable of defrosting up to 25kg (approximately the size of a standard cardboard box) per cycle. Despite its small quantity capacity, it boasts a powerful 75kW output, enabling extremely short defrosting times of under one minute (with a daily defrosting capacity guideline of 3 tons).
Its compact size allows for the easy handling of various frozen products, much like using a household microwave. The inclusion of a turntable with a diameter of φ730mm inside the cavitation room ensures even more uniform defrosting.

The Satake Revolving Screen Separator FDSA has been specifically designed for the separation of large impurities from free flowing materials at very high capacities.
