Refining Process in SP 21M

Raw Material (dry Tencha) is crushed by Crusher and separated into leaves and stalks by 1 Accepted Leaves from 1 st st Vacuum Sorter. Vacuum Sorter is separated into light leaves and heavy leaves by 2 nd from 2 nd Vacuum Sorter. Heavy leaves Vacuum Sorter is crushed by Roll Crusher and separated into leaves and Vein by 3 rd Light leaves from 2 nd Vacuum Sorter. Vacuum Sorter and leaves from 3 Vacuum Sorter are discharged together from leaf outlet. Stems from 1 st Vacuum Sorter and Vein from 3 rd rd Vacuum Sorter are discharged together from Stem outlet.

Dust Free Design

Exhaust of three Vacuum Sorters is cleaned by Cyclone. Exhaust of Cyclone is recirculated to main body and dust is not discharged outside of machine. Inside dust is collected in the bottom box. The tea dust separated by cyclone is mixed with leaves to improve yield rate.

Sanitary design

All material contacting parts are made of stainless steel. Cyclones have door opening for cleaning and Rotary valves are detachable design.
