Features

  • Forms a film on metal surfaces, enabling high cleaning efficiency. Capable of cleaning nozzle tips, check valves, etc.
  • Melts at 130°C in the machine and becomes a liquid that cannot remain in the machine.
  • Masterbatch, so it can be used as a purging agent when blended with 5% of inexpensive resin.
  • Molding temperature and molding resin are not selected. *Replace with other resins if also used for PVC.
  • Self-dischargeable, so purging resin itself cannot be left behind. Almost odorless.
  • Recycled use of recycled materials is possible, and only 5% dry blending with recycled materials is required.
  • No inorganic material is used, and cleaning is possible because it does not rely on the viscosity of the resin.
