The Air-Fog 10 Vehicle Fogger is a cold fogging device designed for sanitizing car, van and truck cabs. It requires a compressed air supply and creates an even spray or fog. This small fogger is perfect for disinfecting taxis, hire cars, buses, coaches, and other vehicles. It can be used as a hand tool or left in the vehicle to work on its own. The disinfectant solution can be mixed in the tank, and the swirl nozzle creates a highly swirling fog suitable for smaller areas. The Air-Fog 10 requires an effective air volume of approx. 200 l/min and at least 3 bar air pressure. It can be used with antiviral disinfectant suitable for Coronavirus protection.
Air-Fog 10 Vehicle Fogger
The Air-Fog 10 Vehicle Fogger is a cold fogging device that is ideal for sanitising cars, vans, and truck cabs. It requires a compressed air supply and creates an even spray (fog) that can be used without an operator present. The droplet sizes are below 30µm, making it suitable for disinfecting even the smallest cracks and achieving an effective and even wetting of all surfaces.
Features
The Air-Fog 10 is constructed with stainless steel and plastic, and requires an inlet pressure of 3 bar. The air consumption at 3 bar is 180-220 litres/min, and the swirl nozzle recommended pressure settings are 2 – 5 bar (optimum 4 bar). The solution container has a capacity of 1 litre, which is sufficient for several vehicles.
How to Use
Before fogging, thoroughly clean the vehicle and place it in a cool, ventilated place. Fill the spray gun with antiviral disinfectant and connect the device to an oil-free compressor. Place the spray gun in the vehicle interior, or attach the spray bottle to the inside of the window using the holder. Open the air supply and run the fogger until the interior is visibly foggy.
