2Mtr Rubber Belt Conveyor – Packserv Pty Ltd.

Our PBC-6-2 rubber belt conveyor measures 2000mm in length and is designed to handle all types of containers, regardless of shape or material, as long as they can stand on their own. Containers are usually fed to the conveyor to assist with other production line systems, such as filling, capping, labeling, marking, and sealing. The belt of this conveyor is 300mm wide.

The Packserv conveyor systems are designed to be modular and can be used with our entire suite of equipment as well as other manufacturers’. Our gating and sensor systems are designed to be used with the adjustable guide rails of this conveyor. It features a 316 stainless steel frame mounted on lockable castors/wheels for easy maneuverability and levelling jacks on rubber feet for traction and height adjustment. It also has an AC motor with a VSD controller for easy reverse operation.
