“2.0mm cut (sliced disk)”
1. Peel the ingredients.
2. Set the food into the slot of the machine and turn on the switch.
3. Cut the food using the attached push stick.
For safety reasons, be sure to use the push stick when the food is short.
4. The cut ingredients will come out from the machine’s discharge port.
The machine rotates at 140 rpm. The machine has two disks with blades, so it cuts 280 times per minute.

“Julienne (julienne cutting disk)”
1. Peel the ingredients.
2. Set the food into the feed slot of the machine and turn on the switch.
3. Use the attached push stick to cut.
Be sure to use the push stick for safety.
4. The cut ingredients will come out from the discharge port of the machine.

Due to the characteristics of the machine, the blade cuts in a circular motion. Therefore, please be aware that the finished product will be curved from the beginning.
